Refund policy

At Lil Cactus, we want you to love your purchase and feel confident shopping with us. Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery through our self-serve return process. All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Because children’s clothing can be quickly outgrown or passed along, we also encourage customers to consider Lil Cactus ReLoved as a sustainable option for items that are outside the return window or no longer eligible for return.

Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the order delivery date.
Returns requested after the 7-day window will not be accepted through our standard return process.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Returned in the original plastic sleeve or bag it arrived in
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, damage, or signs of wear
Lil Cactus reserves the right to decline a return if the item does not meet these requirements.

Final Sale Items
Items in our Sale Collection are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Additional exclusions may apply. Any item marked as final sale at the time of purchase is not eligible for return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

You may choose one of the following return shipping options:
1. Use a Lil Cactus return label
We can provide a return label for $7.95. This amount will be deducted from your store credit.
2. Use your own return label
You may purchase your own return label through the carrier of your choice. If you use your own label, please email us the tracking number once your return has shipped.
Lil Cactus is not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  • To request a return, sign in to your customer account using the email address used to place your order.
  • From your account, select the order and eligible item you would like to return, choose a return reason, and submit your request.
  • Once your request is submitted, our team will review it based on our return policy. If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions by email.
Please do not send items back without an approved return request. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Store Credit
  • Store credit will be issued once your return is received and processed.
  • If you choose to use a Lil Cactus return label, the $7.95 return label fee will be deducted from your store credit.
  • Store credit will be issued to the email address associated with the original order. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a return request within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue when prompted.

A Note on Sustainability
If your item does not qualify for return, we hope you’ll consider passing it along to another family through Lil Cactus ReLoved. It is a simple way to give sweet styles a second life and support a more sustainable shopping experience.
