Standard shipping can take 7-10 days within the continental USA. International shipping is available with DHL.
Domestic shipments are primarily sent via UPS and expected delivery timelines will be calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not when the order is placed. Once your item has been actually shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. This will update every 24 hours.
For International customers we ship from NC, USA. We prepare the order in 1-2 days and depending where you live shipping times will vary.

We want you to love your Lil Cactus pieces. If something doesn’t work out, you can return it within 15 days—just make sure it’s unworn, unwashed, still has the tags and the plastic sleeve it arrived in. Sale items can’t be returned.
How do I start a return or exchange?
It’s easy! Head to your customer account to start a return or contact our team for help. If your item qualifies, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Please note that the return label cost will be deducted from your refund.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 business days to show up on your account.
