Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. Our goal is to ship out from our warehouse within 2 days, but sometimes due to sales or holidays it may take up to 3-4 business days.
Standard shipping can take 7-10 days within the continental USA. International shipping is available with DHL.
Domestic shipments are primarily sent via UPS and expected delivery timelines will be calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not when the order is placed. Once your item has been actually shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. This will update every 24 hours.
For International customers we ship from NC, USA. We prepare the order in 1-2 days and depending where you live shipping times will vary.

Due to the nature of our seasonal and limited-edition collections, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, or change-of-mind.
Only items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a refund or replacement.
