How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow the journey straight to your doorstep.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

Oh no! Don’t worry—we’re here to help. Just reach out to us at info@lilcactus.com and we’ll work with you to make it right. To avoid any disappointment, we encourage you to purchase our shipping insurance called Navidium, and if anything goes awry, we will replace your item.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our seasonal and limited-edition collections, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, or change-of-mind.

Only items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a refund or replacement.

If your item didn't work out, we invite you to list it on our resale platform: Lil Cactus ReLoved - a place for our community to buy and sell gently worn styles.

How do I start a return or exchange?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we’ll be happy to help. For all other situations, you’re welcome to resell your item on our Lil Cactus ReLoved platform.

Our clothing is designed to be true to size, but every kiddo grows differently! Check our Size Guide for details. When in doubt, we suggest sizing up so there’s room to grow.

How long are the bishop dresses?
