How much does shipping cost?

How long will it take to receive my order?

We know you can’t wait to see your little one in Lil Cactus! Orders usually ship out within 2–3 business days. Standard U.S. shipping takes about 5–7 business days, and ifyou’rein a hurry, we’ve got expedited options too.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we love sending Lil Cactus across the globe! Shipping times and rates vary by country, and local customs or duties may apply. Enter your address at checkout for more details on rates.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow the journey straight to your doorstep.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

Oh no! Don’t worry—we’re here to help. Just reach out to us at info@lilcactus.com and we’ll work with you to make it right. To avoid any disappointment, we encourage you to purchase our shipping insurance called Navidium, and if anything goes awry, we will replace your item.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Eligible full-price items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, have all original tags attached, and be returned in the original plastic sleeve or bag.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and may either:
• Use their own return label (please email us the tracking number), or
• Use a Lil Cactus return label for $7.95, which will be deducted from the store credit issued.

Items in our Sale Collection are final sale and not eligible for return. Additional exclusions may apply.

Store credit is issued once the return is received and processed.

If your item does not qualify for return, Lil Cactus ReLoved may be a great way to pass it along to another family.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please submit a return request through your customer account using the email address from your order.

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and send return instructions if approved.

Customers may use their own return label or choose a Lil Cactus return label for $7.95, which will be deducted from the store credit issued. If you use your own label, please email us the tracking number once shipped.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order. For items outside the 7 day window, you’re encourage you resell your item on our Lil Cactus ReLoved platform.

Do you offer refunds?

Returns are issued as store credit only once the return is received and processed.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and is reviewed by our team.

Items in our Sale Collection are final sale and not eligible for return. Additional exclusions may apply.

How do your sizes run?

Our clothing is designed to be true to size, but every kiddo grows differently! Check our Size Guide for details. When in doubt, we suggest sizing up so there’s room to grow.

How long are the bishop dresses?

Our bishop dresses are the traditional length with a hemline reaching the calf/ankle. Customers love them because they look cute even when they come to the knee—so there can be years of growth in a bishop dress.

What materials do you use?

We use soft, breathable cotton and high-quality fabrics to keep your little one comfy while still looking adorable.

How should I care for Lil Cactus clothing?

To keep your pieces looking sweet, we suggest machine wash cold, gentle cycle, and line dry. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents so the smocking and embroidery stay perfect.
